Loaning Overview
- To sign-out equipment, bring your Geneseo ID to the Fraser Hall CIT HelpDesk Location to borrow the equipment you want.
- At this time reservations are only available for the 7 Day Loaner Laptops. All other equipment is first come, first served.
Reserving Long Term Loaner Laptops
In order to reserve a Long Term Loaner Laptop, please come to the HelpDesk and ask to borrow a Long Term Loaner Laptop. If one is not available at that time, you have the option to be put on the waiting list. When a loaner is returned, we call the next person on the waiting list and will hold any returned laptops until 6PM the following day before moving on to the next person. Before you can check out a Long Term Loaner Laptop, you will need to provide some proof of repair from a repair shop. If you don't have that, but still need a laptop, please stop by and ask to speak with a CIT professional staff member between 8:30AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.
