Limited access accounts have reduced access to Geneseo services and computing resources. They retain access to Google Workplace, Canvas, Office 365 on the Web, and a few other services. You can view our list of services with account access on our Geneseo Computing Accounts page. Limited access accounts are provided as a courtesy to allow users time to migrate data or provide business continuity and can be revoked at any time.
Different types of accounts have different policies for how long they can be limited access. Our Account Eligibility page covers that in full detail.
Limited access accounts lose most automated mailing list memberships (like faculty-l and allstudents-l).
