You may occasionally find yourself locked out of your voicemail for a short duration (e.g. thirty minutes). Regaining access immediately can be done by resetting your PIN through the online interface, Cisco.


  1. Go to
  2. Log in with your Geneseo username and password.
  3. Navigate to Web Inbox SettingsPasswords → Change PIN.
  4. Enter a new PIN
  5. click Save.
