What to do if you're unable to use any of your Adobe applications and getting an error message that claims that your Creative Cloud "membership expired."

Steps

  1. Click Have a different AdobeID
  2. Click the Manage Your Account option
  3. Click Sign in with an Enterprise ID
  4. You should now be redirected to the regular SUNY Geneseo branded Login Screen.  Enter your username and password here and you're all set!
