Steps to take when converting your Student Organization's Roster from Google Sheet to a CSV file or Microsoft Excel to a CSV file.

The only column needed to upload a roster to the Student Organizations App is a Username column or Email column. All others should be removed before exporting.

From Google Sheets

  1. Under the Google Sheets File menu, select Download → Comma-separated values (.csv, current sheet).

From Microsoft Excel

  1. Under the Microsoft Excel File menu, select Save As...

  2. In the Save As pop up under File Format, select Comma Separated Values (.csv).

  3. Click Save.
