This functionality is only available on tablets and desktops.

Arrange the services shown on the dashboard of your portal to show what you need to see often.

Before You Start

Areas on the Dashboard Manager to be familiar with:

  • A. List of available services not being used on your Dashboard
  • B. Return to Dashboard button
  • C. List of available layouts
  • D. Save button
  • E. The active layout and areas where services can be added/removed.

Steps

  1. Hover over the Dashboard icon located in the left column of the portal. Then select Customize.

Adding a service to the layout

  1. Hover your mouse over the service you would like to add to the layout (A).
  2. Left-click and drag that service over one of the areas of the active layout (E).
  3. Release the left-click button on your mouse.

Remove a service from the layout

  1. Hover over the service you would like to remove from the layout, shown in one of the darkened areas (E).
  2. Left-click and drag that service over to the left column where the list of available services are (A).
  3. Release the left-click button on your mouse.

Change layouts

  1. Move your mouse to the area where the list of available layouts are (C).
  2. Hover over and click the layout you would like to use. This will change the current layout below and move any services from the layout and add them to the services column on the left (A).

No changes to your dashboard layout will occur until you click the Save button in the upper right-hand corner.
