Key:

  1. The individual employee is responsible for adhering to FERPA policy when sharing information.
  2. If encrypted.
  3. These materials can be publicly viewable, but in most cases, a Geneseo account is required for editing or creating content.
  4. Limited functionality.
  5. Files stored in Google Drive are not easily restored. If you install the Google Drive application on your computer, you can use Google Drive for Desktop to back up non-Google file types. Many Google Drive Files (docs/sheets etc) are versioned but are also very difficult to restore if deleted.
