Windows OS 2004, 20H2, and 21H1 Known Issue
If you are unable to add or connect to a printer from a Windows 10 personal computer (OS version 2004, 20H2, 21H1, and possibly Windows 11) and are receiving a credentials error, please setup Mobility Print for Windows 10 or use Web Print. This is due to an issue with Windows automatically passing your local login credentials instead of your Geneseo credentials even after successfully connecting and authorizing to \\printers and has yet to be resolved by Microsoft.
