Whereas the name “administrative faculty” is vague and potentially misleading, because Managerial Confidential personnel are not included in the category, be it
Resolved that in the Constitution and the Bylaws of the Faculty, the designation “administrative faculty” be replaced by “professional faculty” throughout both documents.
