When you click on the link in the email you receive, you will reach a page that looks like this. You'll be asked if you have feedback. You can choose one of the four alerts from a drop down menu. You are not entering grades, but please indicate "falling behind in academic work" if you are concerned about missing work or the quality of the academic work the student has submitted.
This is what it looks like when you select alerts. Choose "yes" (turns red) for "attendance concern" and "falling behind in academic work." Choose "no" for "recognizing good work" and "dean of students non-academic alert." Comments and numbers of absences are optional.
You do not need to complete each progress report individually – mark only those students for whom you have particular concerns or you want to recognize good work. At the bottom of your progress report page you will see that you pause and return to the progress reports, or you can mark all the rest "no feedback" and submit with one click.
